Semi-Packaged Edge AI Visual Inspection Solution for Easy Deployment Across Diverse Manufacturing Applications
Rikei Corporation (“Rikei”) is pleased to announce the launch of “POLYGON VISIO,” a next-generation edge AI visual inspection solution developed in partnership with M&M Solutions Co., Ltd. (“M&M Solutions”). Under this partnership, POLYGON VISIO was conceptualized by Rikei, while M&M Solutions handles its development, manufacturing, and technical support.

POLYGON VISIO is a next-generation edge AI visual inspection solution designed for manufacturers. It comes as a semi-packaged solution that includes the essential components for visual inspection, such as cameras, lighting, and an edge AI computer. Its ready-to-deploy design minimizes the need for complex production line integration, making installation faster and easier. A high-performance edge AI computer enables fast, highly accurate visual inspection.

Powered by a compact, high-performance edge AI computer, POLYGON VISIO processes data locally without connecting to corporate networks or the cloud. It can also operate as a fully standalone inspection system.
・Edge AI Computers Tailored to Specific Applications
POLYGON VISIO uses proven edge AI computers with the processing performance required for each inspection target and application. The AI engine and user interface (UI) can also be customized to meet specific requirements.

Rikei also plans to simultaneously release “POLYGON VISIO NEO,” a streamlined version of POLYGON VISIO with a simplified set of features and specifications.
