Information Security Policy
Purpose
Rikei Corporation, as a trusted IT company, aims to ensure the trust of customers and minimize business losses by making efforts to prevent information security incidents from happening.
Definition of Information Security
Information security means ensuring and maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
Basic Policy
- establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain, and improve an information security management system to protect information assets from threats (leakage, unauthorized access, modification, loss, or damage),
- comply with applicable laws and regulations as well as contractual requirements when handling information assets,
- create and regularly review preventive and recovery procedures to prevent business activities being interrupted by major failures or disasters, and
- carry out periodic information security education and training activities for all applicable employees.
