The system is designed for municipalities to distribute disaster prevention information from municipalities with various means, utilizing long-distance radio communication instead of wired infrastructure that may be disconnected due to earthquakes or tsunamis. Rikei is skilled in analyzing J-Alert telegrams, enabling the distribution of disaster information not only through municipal websites, but also linked to SNS accounts such as X (formerly Twitter) and Facebook.

Training VR for Disaster Mitigation

The disaster prevention VR has been introduced to lots of municipalities for its disaster prevention training since it can simulate disaster situations that are difficult to experience actually, such as fires, landslides, and earthquakes.
With the fire training VR, users can practice thinking of their own evacuation route and move to the evacuation entrance by themselves, relying on the corridor guide lights.
