 Market Background

While the Internet environment is expanding and convenient and useful applications are increasing, backbone lines are limited. When many users use applications with high volumes of data, the lines become congested, the transmission speed slows down, and some users are unable to access the Internet. Additionally, if the Internet is used as a line of communication in emergency situations, truly important communication may become impossible.

Overview of the New Product

Nomadix’s “Alloc8 – X Series” makes it easy to manage and check usage, and it allows administrators to shut down individual applications or limit their bandwidth. This makes it possible to provide services evenly to many users.

Additionally, it can be used simply by inserting into existing networks without major changes to the settings.

Bandwidth limitations and shut downs can be set and managed easily for each application.

Simple in-line configuration* enables simple introduction without changing the IP addresses or redesigning the network when introducing devices. Additionally, it is mountable on a 19-inch rack.
*In-line configuration: Configuration in which a device is directly inserted between a WAN router and LAN device.

We plan to sell the “Alloc8 – X Series” to local governments, companies, hotels, and universities that are facing line load issues in their Internet access environment.
