Background of the market

In areas where the state of emergency to prevent the spread of COVID-19 has been lifted, businesses such as events with a small number of people, large-scale commercial facilities and department stores have resumed in full-scale. However, the issue remains about how to implement countermeasures against infection, other than by measuring temperatures at the entrance and restricting admission, enabling people to visit events and facilities where an unspecified number of people gather without anxiety.

Overview of the new product

Even if a person who is infected with COVID-19 is among visitors at a venue, “Bulk Email Service for Event Venues” sends a mass email simultaneously to those who may have been infected with the virus, in order to conduct a follow-up investigation.

Visitors at event venues and large commercial facilities only have to read the QR code posted at the entrance of the venue and register their email address.

In addition, if a person with COVID-19 attended an event, and people who were at the event visited another event, contact tracing for the other event is also possible by analyzing big data. This service is based on the mass-delivery mail system, which is a part of the integrated disaster prevention information distribution system that has a proven record in the field of disaster prevention information.
