(Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Koji Hori) and which is designed to be able to create multi-channel campaigns.

This solution enables you to totally manage all communication channels with your customers, including your Web sites for various members and call centers, thus allowing you to provide various guides to your customers by using the most convenient channels for your customers. It also enables you to make your offers real-time to your customers by fully using customer information such as their profile information, purchase histories and inquires made in the past which companies have. This will lead to your sales increases, higher customer satisfaction, continued transactions and also to profit increases by means of Cross Sell (*1) and Up Sell (*2).

By using this solution, those in charge of marketing can easily develop and create various campaigns, can conduct a complete analysis of the processes of each campaign and the results while monitoring the results of the campaign real-time, resulting in the higher performance of each campaign. As communication is done through Web services, no system modifications will be required when this solution is to be connected to any existing customer management system. ¡ÈPortrait Interaction Optimizer¡É which Rikei has started to sell this time is positioned to be as a solution, among the Portrait group of products, which is designed to handle and manage inbound communications (*3) and also campaigns. Rikei plans to handle the Japanese-language version of outbound (*4) solutions and automatic customer analysis solutions as soon as they become available.
