5 GHz Band High-Speed FWA System
Alvarion’s "BreezeACCESS VL" offers, in a short time at low cost, wireless broadband to any locations where the installation of fiber-optic cables takes time and huge amounts of money. Because of the nature of wireless networks, it is less subject to natural disasters compared to fiber optics and thus has started to be used for disaster prevention support systems or other similar systems. This can also be used for wireless material transmission systems for broadcasting stations and cable TV stations, making broadcasts from remote vehicles possible at low cost when used in combination with an automatic direction adjustment antenna system.
Also available is "WBSn" supporting outdoor Wi-Fi access points together with 802.11n and beamforming.
