Rikei Corporation (hereinafter called “Rikei”; Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Tetsuo Kuroda) announces that it has begun accepting orders for “My Attack Board.” This product is the My Number compatibility package of the business management solution “Attack Board” created by AGREEMENT Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Koji Toyokura), a company for which Rikei acts as a distributor.

New Product Overview

With the introduction of the Social Security and Tax Number System, the so-called “My Number” system, which will begin full-scale operation starting in January 2016, there is a pressing need for companies to ensure My Number compatibility in their business and information systems.
AGREEMENT Co., Ltd. has been offering Attack Board, a business solution that uses web browsers to automate the processes of distributing, gathering, and totaling Excel data. This product reduces the workload of administrators and enables data totaling and reporting that are both accurate and fast. The new “My Attack Board,” made with the technology of Attack Board, comes equipped with functionality in line with guidelines regarding systems needed for My Number compatibility.
Simply adding My Attack Board onto HR & payroll systems currently in use provides companies with My Number compatibility both easily and securely.

Specifications

• Data acquisition:
  My Numbers entered via the web, authentication images, and other data is encrypted and stored server-side
• Server data management:
  Encrypted and stored after adding 12 digits to each My Number
• Data use:
  Only in cases in which payroll data or other similar data is sent, special codes will match individuals’ payroll data with their My Number and add it to forms, enabling output or data transmission to relevant organizations.
  Servers are restricted so that only authorized administrators can utilize them.

Attack Board uses Excel as a front end (an interface for input/output by the user) and is equipped with functionality enabling it to be linked and integrated with ERP and existing systems. It runs in server environments such as Windows Server 2012 + SQL Server 2012.

In order to continue to enhance security, Rikei plans to sell My Attack Board to municipalities and private corporations along with “InfoSphere Guardium”—a security solution that enables unified management of database audit logs and prevents the leak of critical data from databases.
