RIKEI STARTS TO SELL SOLERA NETWORKS-MADE HIGH-PERFORMANCE PACKET CAPTURE SYSTEM DS SERIES.
Rikei Corporation (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Katsuei Aoyagi) would like to announce it has started to sell high-performance packet capture system DS series produced by Solera Networks Japan K.K. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President: Fumiya Minagawa) whose products are being distributed by Rikei as the distributor in Japan.
Companies, especially those companies listed in the Tokyo Stock Exchange, are urged to take measures since a few years ago to prevent illegal actions or information leak through the network as a part of strengthened security control within companies. Even if security measures are strengthened, incidents of information outflow from the server and of information leak due to operation mistakes by employees are increasing, and these kinds of incidents continue to occur. When such incidents should occur, they are required to check facts and submit evidences. There is a limit to tracing information leak only by means of checks of PCs and servers and log gathering/storage, making it necessary to have a much surer fact-finding system.
Solera Networks DS series are high-performance systems which are capable of 100% capturing, recording and storing network traffics of up to 10Gbps.
