RIKEI PROVIDES SUPPORT TO TOKIO MARINE & NICHIDO LIFE INSURANCE IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR INTRODUCTION OF INSURANCE SALES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM "SMART OFFICE."
Rikei Corporation (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Katsuei Aoyagi) would like to announce it has been agreed that Rikei will be responsible for providing assistance and support to Tokio Marine & Nichido Life Insurance Co., Ltd. in their introduction of an insurance sales CRM/SFA tool "Smart Office" developed and produced by E-Z Data, Inc. (Head Office: USA, President: Dale Okuno) in building the system, maintenance of the system and operation of Help Desk service.
In the insurance industry, it is very important to manage information about individual customers, and it is also very important to keep historical records of a insurance company's responses to each customer's required insurance coverage in detail in order to build up a trust relationship with its customers.
E-Z Data's Smart Office is a trustworthy insurance sales CRM/SFA tool which has been being used by many insurance companies and their agents in the USA for more than 20 years, and which is currently being used by more than 125,000 insurance advisers, insurance agents and financial advisers to strengthen their trust relationship with their customers.
For use by about 500 staff members belonging to Life Partner Business Division of Tokio Marine & Nichido Life Insurance, the company starts to use Smart Office from the beginning April, 2009, for the purpose of properly managing customer information, schedules, etc. to enhance its customer services.
Smart Office is usually supplied for use in the SaaS type of ASP environment, but in the case of Tokio Marine & Nichido Life Insurance, it is to be introduced and deployed in its own unique environment.
Rikei has been engaged in joint sales of Smart Office in Japan with E-Z Data as its sales partner since 2006. In this specific business, it is in charge of various support services in building up the system, maintenance services and Help Desk service in collaboration with E-Z Data.
