Rikei concludes a Distributorship Agreement with HP Japan to promote and sell an Information Leak Prevention Solution, strengthening its distributorship policy concerning Digital Guardian.
Rikei Corporation (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Katsuei Aoyagi) would like to announce that it has strengthened its distributorship policy following its conclusion of the Exclusive Master Distributorship Agreement with Verdasys, Inc. (Head Office: Massachusetts, USA; CEO: Seth N. Birnbaum) for the sales of Verdasys' information leak prevention solution "Digital Guardian" (DG) in Japan and 12 other South Asian countries. As a part of such strengthened sales efforts, Rikei has recently concluded a distributorship agreement with HP Japan.
The distributorship agreement with HP Japan is in line with Rikei's efforts toward strengthening its distributorship policy, including the increase in the number of distributors.
Over a 5-year period from the start of selling Digital Guardian in Japan, its sales have steadily increased with the name of Digital Guardian becoming increasingly recognized in Japan and other South Asian countries. Its product concept and features are being recognized as the only product in the world which incorporates such features as log management, control audit tracking, which are being sought by companies, in one product.
