Our Code of Conduct
Rikei and its group companies will:
- Optimize products embodying advanced technologies in the world and supply such optimized products to the market, thus enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to society.
- Observe laws, internal rules and social moral and take the most proper action under any circumstances, thus fulfilling responsibilities toward society.
- Do our utmost to disclose corporate information, which needs to be disclosed, in a timely manner, thus meeting the trust from society.
- Ensure the security of confidential corporate information in order to prevent confidential corporate information, which should not be disclosed to outside under laws or regulations, from being leaked to outside.
- Actively tackle environmental problems to maintain and improve the global environment.
- Try to maintain and enhance our corporate vigor through the education of our personnel resources as well as respect the character and the individuality of each of our employees.
- The management will take the initiative in behaving in compliance with this code of conduct. Should an incident which violates it occur, the management will do its utmost to resolve the problem promptly as well as trying to determine the cause and prevent the recurrence of similar problems.
- Not have any relationship, including business relationship, with antisocial forces, and will flatly reject any unreasonable demand or request from antisocial forces.
- If things not specified herein should occur, we will judge and act in accordance with our Basic Policies of Corporate Management.
